The appearance of the hotel was quite tired and wouldn’t rate the services to be that of a 4* hotel, more 3*. However, t
The cleanliness of the room was exceptional and the view from our balcony was breathtaking. The size of the superior room was perfect for the three of us and the bed was extremely comfortable. The pool was clean and restaurant served a good selection of meals for lunch. There was lots to choose from for breakfast and their BBQ was delicious with a good selection of meat and fish. The staff were very polite and helpful, even though you could see that the waiting staff were clearly rushed off their feet as they would often be working alone. The pool area was calm and peaceful but this could be due to limited space around the pool area.
We needed a new key card for our room everyday that we were there as they would stop working. There was also a strong smell of cannabis wafting through the air conditioning in the afternoon and evening. This was also noticeable around the pool at this time. When we first arrived there was a problem with the toilet but this was fixed immediately. We also requested tea making sufficient tea making facilities and was initially asked to go get it ourselves from the bar. When I complained that this should be readily available in the room, they brought it to us. There were not enough sun beds around the pool and the pool is located at the front of the hotel by the main road causing you to inhale the car fumes from the busy road.

Our stay at the hotel was simply fantastic. The room had a lovely balcony that offered a beautiful view of the Lapad Beach Bay. Being within walking distance from the public beach was a major plus, and we enjoyed the convenience of having various restaurants nearby, all within proximity to the beach. The hotel's location proved to be extremely convenient, with an ATM right below the property and a mini mart just a few meters away. Additionally, the bus stop right in front of the hotel made it easy to travel to the old town, providing a hassle-free way to explore the area. The staff at the hotel made our stay even more enjoyable. From the front desk to the poolside and the breakfast area, the team greeted all customers with warm smiles and displayed great promptness in handling tasks. Their attentiveness and friendliness added a personal touch to our experience. We were especially grateful for the hotel's assistance in storing our luggage during our trips to Montenegro. This level of service and consideration for guests' needs made a significant difference during our travels. Overall, the hotel exceeded our expectations in terms of location, amenities, and most importantly, the exceptional staff. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable stay in the Lapad Beach area.
Our overall stay at the hotel was enjoyable, with just a few minor points to mention. The pancakes served during breakfast were delicious, but I must admit that as a child at heart, I was a bit disappointed by their size. At 50, I hoped for a bit more indulgence, similar to what we experience during holidays :). During our stay, we noticed a small cobweb below the TV unit, which was a minor cleanliness issue that caught our attention. While it didn't majorly impact our stay, it's something that the hotel might want to address for future guests. Additionally, the bathtub proved to be a bit challenging due to its high step, making it somewhat difficult to get in and out of. However, the hotel was thoughtful enough to install a bathroom emergency chain pull string, which provided an added layer of safety and peace of mind. Despite these minor observations, the hotel's overall experience was positive. The staff's warmth and attentiveness, along with the delicious breakfast options, contributed to a pleasant stay. We appreciate the hotel's efforts to ensure guest comfort and safety, and with a few improvements, it could become an even more exceptional destination.

Loved the position of this hotel and our room had a great view over the Lapad Bay.. staff were friendly and decent choice of hot and cold food for breakfast.
Shower screen was a little high which made climbing into the bath a little difficult if not very agile or short legs..
